My dermatologist was giving me the steroid of the month and it never really went away or felt like normal skin. I've even been tested for allergies and tried acupuncture. Then the allergist suggested this cleanser in combo with Vanicream moisturizer before my skin dries. Its been a miracle. I highly recommend.
