You got extractors of different shapes and sizes,s o you can pick thats most appropriate for your situation The only qualm i have about this product is that the lancet is not sharp (perhaps safety reasons?) Each tool can get screwed onto the handle and easily interchanged. However, the loop tool, which i tend to use the most often, became loose after a few uses and does not screw on right anymore. Now i'm left with using it without attatching it onto the handle, which can be a bit of a pain. Literally.
